Petunia special care:
Petunia is a plant demanding heat. It prefers a lot of sun and neutral pH soil. They don`t like cool of wet weather but they handle dry times pretty well.
Petunia with big flowers need a lot of light and heat but they are very sensitive at excess moist.
It is recommended to:
- irigation – every time it is needed
- do not brake leaves only when still a small plant
- fertilization – only if the soil reserves aren`t enough

Petunia hybrida multiplication
- it multiplies through seeds. In order to grow you need to seed it in February-March in a mix of sand and soil with leaves.
If you want to have them outside you can seed them in April or May
Lilies are plants that stand out through perfume and softness. The plant comes from Europe and Asia and grows naturally in forests.
An old legend says that lilies appeared from Eva`s tears, when she was banished with Adam from the Garden of Eden.
The lily(Covallaria majalis) is a small plant 20-30cm with big leafs, oval and sharpened to the tip. The strain ends with a “bouchet” of 6-20 small white flowers. It blooms during the spring.

Lily tips:
- lilies are toxic plants so do not eat them
- they prefer shadowed places but can be placed in the sun if the soil is moist enough.
- before planting lilies add a layer of sand or soil with leaves.
- best planted in october

African Violet plant is also known as: African violet, violet

It is a popular blooming plant, the leaves are fuzzy and have the shape of a heart with different undersides like green or red violet and some have ruffled, smooth or serrated edges. A few varieties have variegated foliage.
The petals can be single double or ruffled.
African Violet Plant color: deep purple, lavender, pink, yellow, white, red, and bi-colors.

Special care: Remove old blooms and yellowing leaves. Keep barely moist and fertilize monthly with all-purpose food. Do not let water touch leaves. With plenty of bright, indirect sunlight, or 14 to 16 hours of artificial light, they flower continuously and can last many years. Avoid placing them in a drafty area.

African Daisy is the common name of Osteospermum, a plant that was found and comes from South Africa. You can find it in many colors like pink, white , purple or mixed. Petals are very different, the plant being a hybrid.
It loves the sun and if placed in a sunny place it will appreciate it a lot. It usually blooms on cool nights so don`t be scared if on a warm night it looks a bit closed.
Usually the flowers are up to 4″ across and the plant likes the drained soil a lot.
You should know that if there is no frost during the winter in your area the African Daisy will grow without creating any special areas for it to be protected from the cold.

Gerbera species bear a large capitulum with striking, two-lipped ray florets in yellow, orange, pink, red or white colors. The capitulum, which has the appearance of a single flower, is actually composed of hundreds of individual flowers. The morphology of the flowers varies depending on their position in the capitulum.
Gerbera is popular and widely used as a decorative garden plant or as cut flowers. The cross is known as Gerbera hybrida. Thousands of cultivars exist. They vary greatly in shape and size. Colors include red, orange, pink, white, and yellow. The center of the flower is sometimes black. Often the same flower can have petals of several different colors.
Most indoor daisy plants come “pre-made” as beautiful whole blooms! In recent years, flower shops, some drug stores & grocery stores have realized this favored flower’s popularity & it’s serious selling power . They joined and now offer lovely designs of pre-planted & “already bloomed” potted sets, bouquets or vases of the distinctive Daisy. Bouquet varieties & sizes vary in number/color, & have Bear Grass (or greenery) to add depth. One can purchase long-stemmed versions of a dozen, half-dozen, or fewer pre-wrapped in pastel tissue paper, or choose a ready-prepared vase bouquet. Due to these more complimentary options, most Gerbera Daisies are, in fact, bought while in bloom and for indoor decorative purposes & gifting.

The Rose is a plant that belong to Rosaceae family. It is spread in majority of Earth regions. 400 species belong to Rosa gene, and their ancestry are derived from the hills of Central Asia.

Due to its dispersion in places with different type of climate, results a large gamut of roses, everyone having specific characteristics.

Tips for roses:
- choose a neutral land, reach in alimentary matters, but with a good permeability for water.
- the soil must be worked two times per year (summer and springtime) with a deep dig.
- for a great flowering during the summer, the rose need a place with at least 5 hours with sun every day.
Excessive temperatures (50 degrees and more), associated with a drought affect negatively to the roses flowers. The petals bloom out, and than die down. To prevent this, give them water every day during the summer, before the sunrise.

Also known as: tea rose, sweetheart rose, spray rose

Description: With almost 120 varieties available, roses are a classic favorite. Roses span the color spectrum with varieties available in all shades of reds, pinks, purples, oranges, corals, peaches and whites.

Tea roses open 3 to 4 inches. Stems can be 12 — 30 inches. Spray roses can have several flowers on one stem.

Depending on the variety, roses typically last 4 — 7 days.

The orchids have simple leafs with parallel vein with oval form. Some species have cylindric leafs. The necessary light for orchids correlate with origin of every species. Despite of their love for light, you most not exaggerate with light’s intensity, because it can harm your orchid.
